What is included in an event rental?All rentals come with essentials to make your event smooth and stress-free, including: Tables and chairs Basic A/V setup (i.e. (2) 55" wall monitors, speakers, microphone, podium, and secure WI-FI). Is outside catering allowed, and do you provide a preferred vendor list?Yes, outside catering is allowed! You’re welcome to bring in your favorite caterer to make your event truly your own. If you’re unsure where to start, we’re happy to assist you in selecting a caterer that fits your budget and culinary preferences. For added convenience, we also offer a Preferred Vendors List featuring trusted local caterers who consistently deliver exceptional service and delicious menus.
