Perfect for private celebrations, intimate gatherings, and milestone events, this package provides the foundation you need to create an unforgettable experience. What’s Included: - Full Venue Access: Enjoy exclusive use of the main engagement area, kitchenette, and prep space—customize the space to suit your event. - Seating & Tables for Up to 50 Guests: Includes 6-foot banquet tables (**), banquet chairs, two buffet tables (dressed), and up to four 24-inch cocktail tables (dressed). - Fully Equipped Kitchenette: Features a standard refrigerator and freezer, microwave, sink, electric hot box, and food prep space. - Mobile Bar Unit & Ice Box: Ideal for beverage service (ice not included). - House Sound & Technology: Stream your favorite music via Spotify, YouTube, or your preferred platform. Enjoy secure high-speed WiFi and basic A/V amenities (two 55-inch digital smart monitors and a microphone system). Whether you're hosting a birthday party (***), gender reveal, bridal shower, or repass, this package is designed to deliver convenience and style in one perfect setting. BOOKING INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS: *7-hour time block includes setup, event time, and breakdown. Additional time can be purchased at $125/hour for weekday events and $150/hour for weekend events. **Guest table linens are not included in the rental package, giving you the flexibility to customize linens to match your event’s unique style. ***Birthday celebrations must be for guests 18 and older. Children's parties are not permitted at this time. A refundable $250 security deposit is required to secure your event date. Ticketed parties are NOT permitted. Alcohol may NOT be sold without a proper license and approval from The Hive Management. Smoking/vaping is NOT permitted inside the venue or within 25 feet of the facility.
